* Responsible for coordination with value stream teams to quantify, identify, and eliminate sources for quality defects * Implement process improvements to impact process efficiency and reduce non-conforming costs positively * Lead and create 8D investigation reports based on customer feedback * Support compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 by supporting and improving the current QMS. Audit processes and provide feedback and follow-up * Participate in Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other Quality events to support continuous improvement activities
