Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer main responsibilities are the following:

• Ensuring product compatibility with company, customer standards/procedures
• Communicating with internal and external customers to ensure defect elimination quality
• Monitoring and reporting defects
• Implementing corrective and preventive actions in the field of quality
• Elaborating control plans together with the segment team
• Participating in various quality projects
• Monitoring rejects and taking actions to reduce them
• Reporting quality indicators in his responsibility area
• Keeping and updating records

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry in an international company.
• You are fluent in English and Romanian. French would be a plus.
• You have a thorough knowledge of Quality tools: PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 5 Whys, 8D System as well as Continuous Improvement tools: 5S, Kaizen, ...
• You are IT savvy as well as a data-oriented person.
• You have proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
