Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative
Quality Interface Specialist responsible for supporting the coordination, submission, and follow-up of quality reports and electronic deliverables to project stakeholders. The successful candidate will bridge communication between internal teams and external parties, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of quality documentation.
Major Responsibilities
- Electronically collect and coordinate documented deliverables from Area Supplier Quality Specialists, Area Expeditors, and Delivery Managers within the assigned region or country.
- Input collected reports into the BSQE document and assignment management systems, as well as Bechtel ERP systems.
- Liaise with Area personnel to follow up on outstanding actions required for the timely submission and updating of quality reports in BSQE systems.
- Monitor the progress of deliverables and ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with project requirements and deadlines.
- Identify and escalate delays or issues to designated technical support teams promptly for resolution.
Education And Experience Requirements
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge And Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software and basic computer operating proficiency.
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and common file-sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Basic awareness of document and data management tools or similar ERP systems.
- Basic awareness of the EPC/EPCM surveillance and inspection industry.
- Proven experience coordinating and managing cross-functional or multi-member teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (essential).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and across time zones.
- Culturally aware and able to navigate cross-border communication effectively.
- Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.
- Experience working in international teams or multi-country project environments.
