### *Job Description:*

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Pull-Quality Engineer* to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and a solid understanding of quality control processes in manufacturing environments. The Pull-Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality in production.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

  • Perform quality inspection and testing of mechanical products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes.
  • Analyze and interpret test results, and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of inspection plans and quality documentation.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications.
  • Conduct audits and inspections on in-process and finished products.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality requirements.
  • Prepare quality reports and present findings to the management team.
  • Continuously improve quality processes through the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

### *Qualifications:*

  • *Educational Qualification:* B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • *Experience:* 2-4 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of quality control techniques, standards, and tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, PPAP, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and product specifications.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards (ISO, TS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  • Proficient in using measurement and testing equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process improvement.

### *Desired Skills:*

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and quality management software.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
