Summary

You will serve as a QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST in the Submarines & Maritime Industrial Operations Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector with a mastery knowledge of quality assurance concepts. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating compliance to written requirements, representing a command, and effectively communicating with senior leadership; 2) Managing a Quality Management System, developing cost effective alternatives, and ensuring all requirements are met; 3) Utilizing Naval Special Emphasis Programs such as SUBSAFE, Deep-Submergence Scope of Certification, Fly-By-Wire, and Level 1 material; 4) Evaluating effectiveness of training and/or process improvements by developing course material and ensuring desired goals are met; 5) Providing integrated logistics, platform, and weapons program support to Navy's submarines, Strategic Weapons System (SWS), and Deep Submergence Systems Program (DSSP).
