Develop and implement quality & Hygiene strategies to ensure compliance with standards, manage customer and supplier relationships, plan and organize internal audits, coordinate with third parties and Henkel Global Quality audits, track the factory’s quality KIPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen the quality culture to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
What you´ll do
Drives Quality strategy and targets in area of responsibility and uses appropriate reporting tools.
Develops and maintains the quality & hygiene strategy in line with KPIs and global initiatives.
Monitor quality KPIs and site hygiene status report monthly on the status of quality KPIs.
Plan and organize quality meetings, report quality incidents, and share best practices.
Organize the annual quality risk analysis of the factory and track the relevant action items.
Instruct and organize quality & hygiene training for stakeholders and local quality & hygiene organizations.
Lead Good Manufacturing Practices and Risk Assessments, develop corrective actions based on incident investigations.
Plan and organize internal audits, coordinate with third parties and Henkel global quality audits.
Effectively manage customer and supplier complaints and actively monitor supplier quality complaints and issues.
Work with operations staff to define quality procedures and establish and maintain control and documentation procedures.
Maintain the site's quality management system.
Ensures manufacturing or production processes are meeting international and national standards.
Lead the process of assuring the plant has hygienic systems, processes, and hygiene design equipment in place.
Change management related to quality.
Lead the validation related to industrial hygiene.
What makes you a good fit
At least bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Microbiology or quality related background.
At least 5 years of experiences in leading quality department in Cosmetic/Food/laundry industries.
Experience of hygienic design and manufacturing.
Good knowledge in root-cause-analysis tools, CGMP and Hygiene knowledge.
Familiarize with quality management systems and quality international standard.
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills, team worker.
High self-motivation and initiative taking.
Continuous Improvement attitude and behavior.
Fluent in written English.
Proficient PC skills MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SAP).
Strong communication skills and leadership skills.
