SME- Quality Auditor/ Quality Management

In-Process Quality Controls

 

SWO is looking for a Subject Matter Expert(SME) Quality Management- with proven repertoire around measuring, analyzing, improving key processes that influence customer satisfaction. Creating and implementing measures to prevent quality errors using Kaizen/ Poka-yoke, Lean/ Six sigma methodologies.

 

Primary Job Functions:

 

  • Expertise in identifying the root causes of quality issues and developing effective solutions
  • Lead the interpretation of in-process Quality controls and analytical data to make quality evaluations, recommend actions for improvements
  • Lead Quality and compliance assessment and implementing best practices.
  • Lead and Coordinate Internal and External Audit Activities
  • Design, develop, and implement robust quality management policies and systems that align with industry best practices
  • Utilize and apply basic data-analysis tools such as SPC and Pareto Charts in review of data to drive process and/or continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Be responsive to the customer feedback/ escalations and accordingly fix the controls to avert repetition
  • Develop and Implement Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA)

  • Demonstrated record of successfully assessing and determining the impact of current and potential regulatory compliance issues.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive continuous improvements.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions
  • Leadership & Team Management. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with quality objectives
  • Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) is recommended

Experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality control
  • Hands-on experience with various quality methodologies and process improvement techniques.
