Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and test cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, etc.) to define testing requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Oversee the execution of functional, regression, performance, and automated tests.
  • Analyze test results and coordinate bug reporting and resolution with the development team.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices for testing.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to QA and testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role, managing QA teams and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
