Qualis LLC is seeking a Qualification Test Engineer at our Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville location. This position will include: * Responsible for designing and executing Qualification test plans to validate the functionality and quality of complex Army missile systems * Lead and support component, subsystem, and system-level qualification testing; test types may include Environmental, EMI/EMC, Safety, Human Factors. Includes on-site TDY testing support, completing training to operate weapon system equipment at test facility and performing Unit Under Test functional checks. * Ensure execution of test schedule by collaborating with test facility staff and daily status reporting to STRIKE leadership. * Evaluate systems to ensure they meet military standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-464) * Identify potential weapon system issues and defects by performing tests on the system's features * Report findings to ensure the final product meets specifications, working closely with development teams across the product lifecycle * This position involves physically climbing on top of military vehicles and weapon systems * BS or BA degree * 5 years experience in weapon system qualification testing * Experience with evaluating systems to ensure they meet military standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-464) * Must be a US citizen * *Active DoD Secret security clearance Preferred Experience * Redstone Test Center (RTC) or other lab experience Qualis LLC is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse and talented workforce who can contribute to the mission and vision of the Company.
