Will Have About 2yrs Experience In Software Testing

Would have intense manual testing experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Understand building of test harness

Come up with innovative way of improving the application testing

Worked in the high-intensity rapid development environment

Would have developed a test plan, test design and reporting

Knows to work with CM systems and ability to work independently in installing the builds

Roles And Responsibilities

Will create the test plan

Own all the QA activities

Install and test the builds submitted for QA approval

Manage the bug-life cycle

Provide appropriate reporting

Provide timely test reports

Develop the test design

Maintain project artefacts

Identify automation test cases and develop test cases for the same
