General Job Description and Qualifications: Our work environment is cold and wet with temperatures ranging ranging between 35 – 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Responsibilities include monitoring sanitation procedures, inspection of all incoming, in-process and finished products in terms of product appearance, correct weight, labeling, lot number, temperature, pH, metal detection, etc. Additionally, the associate will ensure all orders are filled and properly labeled for shipping. Must be able to work with label-making software. Knowledge of food safety and HACCP is preferred and experience as QA in food industry is required.
