Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Python / Django Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong back-end development background and be well-versed in building scalable web applications using Django and Python. This role demands hands-on experience, a solid understanding of modern web development practices, and a proactive mindset to contribute to a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the Scrum-based development process, including planning, estimation, and sprint execution.
• Analyze product requirements, convert them into detailed design and deliverable development units.
• Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and efficient RESTful APIs to support mobile and web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Ensure integration of front-end elements with server-side logic.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor benchmarks.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Manage and optimize MySQL/RDS databases and ensure data integrity and security.
• Work with Docker containers and deploy services on AWS cloud infrastructure.
  
  

Key Skills And Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, particularly back-end systems.
• Proficiency in Python and Django framework.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with MySQL / RDS databases.
• Experience working with Docker, AWS, and other cloud-based services.
• Proven ability to develop RESTful APIs, especially for native mobile apps.
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and system architecture.
• Experience working as an individual contributor in Agile teams.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a creative and adaptive mindset.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team-oriented with a strong emphasis on goal setting, collaboration, and delivering quality outcomes.
  
  

Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
