Senior Developer (Python & React)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Developer with strong expertise in Python and

React.js to join our team in Kochi. In this role, you will lead the development of scalable web

applications, mentor junior developers, and contribute across all phases of the software

development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

● Design and implement robust web applications using Python (FastAPI) and React.js.

● Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

● Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

● Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and health.

● Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers.

● Contribute to architectural decisions and maintain/upgrade existing systems.

Collaboration and Innovation:

● Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to gather and fulfill

technical requirements.

● Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and recommending a system

improvements.

Problem Solving:

● Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.

● Continuously enhance system functionality and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, JavaScript, and React development.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development and front-end optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
