Summary

Two Open Positions Available: We are hiring for both Senior and Mid-Level Backend Developers with Python/Django experience who are excited to build data-driven tools.


You: Hungry, Humble, Smart, analytical, experienced, and energized by solving messy data challenges. You’ve built scalable tools, worked with real-world datasets, and know how to make systems speak clearly to end users.


Us: Healthcare tech team working with large-scale pharmacy and medical claims. We turn complexity into clarity, and we need backend devs who thrive in that mission.


Duties/Responsibilities Include (but are never limited to):

- Build and maintain scalable Django backend systems

- Design and optimize data pipelines and APIs that handle pharmacy and medical claims

- Work directly with product managers to shape tools around real business use cases

- Build clean, testable, and well-documented code

- Solve tough technical problems with a team that values clarity, curiosity, and follow-through


Skills/Qualifications:

- 5+ years Python/Django experience

- Strong SQL + data modeling background

- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred)

- Experience building tools around large, messy datasets

- Bonus: Healthcare, claims, or reporting experience


Logistics:

We support team members across all U.S. time zones, so a flexible schedule is required. A typical work week is approximately 40 hours, with a focus on availability during standard business hours. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required depending on project needs.


Our Entire team works remotely and every member understands the nature of having family obligations.
