About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Python Developer Trainee to join our growing tech team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level developers to gain hands-on experience in Python development, working on real-time projects in a remote and collaborative environment.

As a trainee, you’ll be involved in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications while working closely with senior developers and project leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code
• Support in developing and maintaining web applications, APIs, or automation scripts
• Collaborate with the team to identify and fix bugs and performance issues
• Work with databases and integrate front-end/back-end components
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Stay updated with the latest Python tools, libraries, and frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Python programming fundamentals
• Familiarity with basic frameworks like Flask or Django (preferred)
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
• Understanding of REST APIs and web development concepts
• Problem-solving mindset with good analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Git/GitHub experience
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with automation or scripting
