Python Team Lead/Senior App developer
Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Work from Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Work Mode: Work from Office only – No Work from Home option available.
We are hiring a Senior Python Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

Strong expertise in MySQL
Experience in leading backend teams for a year minimum

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Python developers to deliver scalable and maintainable software products
Own system architecture, design decisions, and ensure best engineering practices
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive coding standards across the team
Coordinate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to manage timelines and quality
Build efficient, reusable, and testable modules using Django and related tech
Guide the team in deployment, performance tuning, and security hardening
Handle team-level reporting, task prioritization, and sprint planning
Proactively identify system bottlenecks and propose effective solutions
Maintain comprehensive product documentation and ensure delivery traceability
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4+ years of professional experience in backend development using Python/Django
Strong expertise in MySQL and Redis
Exposure to microservices architecture, API development, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and deployment automation
Bonus: Exposure to Node.js and frontend frameworks React
Proven experience integrating AWS services (S3, CloudWatch, Cognito) using Boto3 in scalable, production-grade applications
Proven experience in team leadership or technical mentorship
Experience in leading end-to-end product development
Familiarity with asynchronous task queues (Celery, RabbitMQ)
Familiarity with Agile development, Jira, and sprint management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Good to have - FastAPI framework, React knowledge
