About the Role:

Fitzrovia is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team.


The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential communities, ensuring a seamless, high-quality living experience for residents. This role involves managing all aspects of property management, from maintenance and financial performance to team leadership and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in property management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As we are a highly collaborative team, this role is full-time in-office, and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office Monday to Friday.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the seamless operation of our community in a fast-paced environment by overseeing all aspects, including maintenance, capital improvements, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, service contracts, expense control, and audits.
  • Deliver a 5-star living experience by providing exceptional customer service and continually seeking ways to enhance the resident experience. Align with the building's brand to improve customer satisfaction, reputation, renewals, revenue, and profitability.
  • Maintain a positive living environment by promptly resolving resident conflicts and ensuring consistent follow-up
  • Drive revenue growth through market analysis and creative marketing strategies.
  • Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing, cohesive team, including maintenance and property administrator(s), to maximize engagement
  • Uphold and model the Fitzrovia mission to be a best-in-class property management company
  • Manage the community’s budget, finances, and property performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with leasing staff to ensure that leasing and marketing objectives are achieved
  • Plan and execute resident events.
  • Audit resident files to ensure they meet company standards
  • Build positive relationships with vendors, prospects, residents, and team members


Qualifications and Experiences:

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of property management experience, including 2-3 years in budgeting and financial reporting
  • Proven leadership experience with strong team development skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Calm under pressure with a results-driven, self-motivated approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi property management software.
