Summary

We are looking for a Property Manager with a strong experience in managing syndicates of co-ownership.

 

The Property Manager will be required to :

  • Prepare and hold the Annual General Assembly meeting ;
  • Prepare and hold Monthly meetings with Board Members with proper documents (agenda, budget, monthly management report, etc);
  • Produce monthly reports for proper reporting to the Board Members;
  • Manage budget (accounts receivable and payables, payroll, etc.) supported by our accounting department;
  • Supervise employees (Assistant, Janitor, Security, etc);
  • Assure communication and support to all co-owners;
  • Assure the maintenance of all common areas of the property: regular visits of site, calls for tender and follow-up of work, etc;
  • Respond to emergencies.

The property manager will work in collaboration with an Administrative Assistant and Gestior’s accounting department.

Profile

·       More than 3 years of experience in Property Management of condos;

·       Knowledge of building mechanics, management and accounting;

·       Knowledge of Condo Manager software an asset;

·       Excellent customer service;

·       Detail-oriented and strong communication skills, French and English

·       Dynamism, good judgment and integrity.
