About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Support Analyst to join our team in San Diego. This role will provide critical support for real estate projects, assisting in market research, data collection, financial analysis, and project coordination. You will work closely with the CEO and the operations teams, contributing to project evaluations, monitoring renovation progress, and helping ensure smooth operations across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities.

• Support financial modeling and prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.

• Monitor renovation progress, project timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to drive data-informed execution.

• Maintain project documentation and assist with enhancing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (graduate degree or certifications a plus).

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in project support, real estate operations, or business administration.

• Familiarity with real estate development, acquisitions, or renovations is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
