Summary

Our client, a global market leader in Industrial Machinery Manufacturing with a long history, is looking for a Project Sales Manager to focus on ME and infrastructure projects. They have strong year on year growth, a recent big increase in stock price and some of the largest global tech companies as clients.


As a Project Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the Industrial & Infrastructure projects (with a special focus on Manufacturing Plants and Infrastructure Projects) in Singapore, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in new lead generations with stakeholders in consultants and/or end users to grow businesses in Industrial Solutions and/or Infrastructure segments.

Responsibilities:


Business Development + Market Expansion

  • Identify and pursue high-impact sales opportunities within the Industrial & Infrastructure market, focusing on new opportunities, hunter-mindset


Proposal and Negotiation

  • Craft and present compelling proposals that highlight our unique value propositions. Negotiate terms and close deals with a focus on creating win-win outcomes that align with both client expectations and company objectives.


Market and Technology Insight + Reporting and Analysis

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving market landscape and emerging technologies within the industry.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions. Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance, identify key trends, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.


Technical Expertise

  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of our products and services. Serve as a technical consultant, offering expert advice and tailored solutions that meet specific client requirements.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ HVAC Engineering, or related disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience and proven track record in business development in Industrial Solutions and/or Infrastructure segments
  • Strong technical knowledge in piping systems (design, installation and maintenance)
  • Strong technical knowledge in fluid systems, heat transfer, and thermal management systems
  • Self-motivated, resilient, excellent communication skills
