Project Risk Management

  • 制定并实施项目风险管理框架,包括风险登记册、应对方案及应急策略; Develop and implement risk management frameworks for projects, including risk registers, mitigation plans, and contingency strategies;
  • 通过定期审核、合同审查和绩效评估,监控并缓解供应商相关风险(如交货延迟、质量缺陷); Monitor and mitigate supplier-related risks (e.g., delivery delays, quality defects) through regular audits, contract reviews, and performance evaluations;
  • 组织项目团队开展风险研讨会,识别设计、安装及调试阶段的关键风险; Conduct risk workshops with project teams to identify critical risks in design, installation, and commissioning phases;
  • 运用FMEA、风险矩阵等工具对风险进行优先级排序,合理分配资源; Use FMEA, risk matrices, and statistical tools to prioritize risks and allocate resources effectively;
  • 与SQE及采购团队协作,完善供应商质量协议并解决升级问题; Collaborate with SQE and procurement teams to strengthen supplier quality agreements and resolve escalated issues;
  • 向管理层提供风险报告,分析趋势、根因及改善措施; Provide risk reports to senior management, highlighting trends, root causes, and improvement actions;
  • 协助项目验收,处理客户提出的风险问题并跟踪改善; Support project acceptance by addressing customer-identified risks and managing open points;
  • 出差至供应商及项目现场进行风险评估; Business travel to supplier sites and project locations for risk assessments;

Supplier Risk Management

  • 参与供应商筛选过程,从质量、交付能力、财务稳定性等方面对潜在供应商进行全面评估; Participate in the supplier selection process and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of potential suppliers in terms of quality, delivery capability, and financial stability;
  • 对供应商的质量管理体系进行审核,确保其符合公司及行业标准要求; Audit the quality management systems of suppliers to ensure compliance with company and industry standards;
  • 建立供应商绩效考核机制,定期评估供应商的供货准时率、订单准确率等关键指标,对表现不佳的供应商及时发出预警并要求整改; Establish a supplier performance evaluation mechanism to regularly assess key indicators such as supplier delivery punctuality and order accuracy. Issue warnings and request corrective actions for underperforming suppliers;
  • 协助项目质量工程师制定针对供应商产品的检验标准和验收流程,确保供应商交付的产品符合项目要求; Assist project quality engineers in developing inspection standards and acceptance procedures for supplier products to ensure that the delivered products meet project requirements;
