Your responsibilities will include: Deploy the quality culture and the quality improvement plan and tools to achieve the quality objectives and physical indicators in perimeter of responsibility
Ensure that the products are designed and manufactured according to the regulations and the customers’ requirements (APQP, ppm commitment, ISO standards, directives – RoHS, CE, UL..-…) as a WORLD CLASS SUPPLIER able to reach the MADE BY LEM everywhere. Become the customer quality contact person and meet the relevant information needs (customer APQP tracking, audit support, 8D communication until SOP). ACTIVITES PERMANENTES Manage the quality in project: Set and Monitor the Quality Roadmap for the project to reach the Quality targets (Customer and LEM) and cost targets, Define the quality cost of his/her project – Follow up the customer milestones, As a risk chaser, Detect risks and Prevent problems from Cradle to Grave, React when a risk is identified, Escalate roadblocks to the management, Report the quality status according to the indicators defined by the project quality management. Focus on Design/Process & Changes: Ensure that the innovations on product and/or process are considered in DFMEA, PFMEA, DV&PV, Verify the validated Lessons learned have been used in the D/P FMEA to reduce RPN/AP and respected, After design freeze, ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix, Update the quality documents following a product/process related change, Participating to Design Reviews, including suppliers and tool makers design review Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue and/or after test results. Support the supplier management activities: Support activities defined for suppliers in consistency with the IPQ process, to support Purchasing and SQE team, Collect suppliers’ feedback and alternative proposals made by the suppliers to integrate Best Practice. Get the IS validated by the Customer on Time:
Define Prototype, pre-serial and serial control plans as owner of the milestones, Ensure consistency between the SPPC, FMEAs and control plan, Participate to the process Run&Rate, Prepare IS Internal & Customer deliverables, internal Initial Sample file to be validated by the Site Quality Manager prior presenting the Initial Sample file to the Customer for sign off. INDICATEURS Level of Project Quality Review validated on Time (%) (OTD), Internal Scrap (PPM), Number and rate customers claims (PPM, Incident), Internal manufacturing audit (A/B/C/D %) and Customer audits, Supplier Quality (PPM). RESPONSABILITES/AUTORITES Authority to stop the production or a project design to correct issues linked with the customer satisfaction, Authority to sign all documents/commitments linked with quality of the products and services. COMPETENCES Quality standard IATF 16949, ISO 9001 ISO TS 22163 (IRIS), ISO 26262,Quality project tools (8D/CP/PFMEA/APQP/quality tools such as SPC/MSA) Audit process Statistics Micro-electronics & Mechanics Problem Solving Project management Technical Cleanliness (ISO16232 – VDA19) Customer Oriented Analytical skills Teamwork ability Drive with vision Proactivity Knowledge of KPIs (e.g. efficiency, CNQ, OTD, etc.) and objectives for each production line and product.
Proactive contribution to improving procedures and developing best practice.
Knowledge of the LEM quality charter and product guarantees.
Basic knowledge of the quality certifications and standards applied in the company (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949, information security requirements, etc.).
Knowledge Of The Company's Safety And Environmental Requirements.
