1. Evaluate on BOM cost in acquisition phase.

• Early involvement in project acquisition phase and design phase;
• Output of reasonable Evaluation on common part on time to achieve NOP;
• Deep dive in complicated parts with Commodity buyer.

2. Project sourcing according to timing plan and achieve target price.

• According to project timing plan, set up the Purchasing Tracking List for projects, monitor the BOM sourcing cost and sourcing timing overall;
• RFQ, sourcing procedure, and nomination according to sourcing plan;
• Monitor the tooling PR status according to project budget and company payment budget;
• Issue the capacity survey for new projects, confirm the capacity from supplier.

3. Cost Reduction

• Digging opportunity of cost reduction in whole life time;
• Organize feasibility study with supplier, collect potential saving and cost;
• Get approval from management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Automotive industry related;
• Over 3 years automotive industry experience and direct material sourcing experience;
• Cross function work;
• Experience in project management will be better;
• Familiar with of process and cost model of stamping, injection, Switch,harness etc;
• Office and communication. English in written and spoken is necessary;
• Cost sense and object oriented.
