We are actively looking for an experienced Assistant PM , Project Manager or Senior Project Manager specializing in Underground Wet Utilities.

This is a full-time, on-site role with leading heavy civil general contractor clients focused on bridges, roadways, highways, pump stations, sewer, wastewater systems, pipelines, and projects. In this role, you’ll be overseeing underground wet utilities projects from start to finish — managing budgets, schedules, estimating costs, and coordinating with teams to ensure timely project delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–10+ years of proven experience in underground wet utilities construction (PM or Estimator level)
• Strong understanding of construction processes, especially wet utilities and heavy civil
• Confident leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
• Proficient with project management tools and software
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• Must have underground wet utilities, pipeline experience.

Please Note:

• This is a full-time, on-site W-2 position.
• Local California applicants only (Orange County / Riverside/ SoCal preferred).

Salary range: 

APM - $110,000 - $130,000 (DOE / TBD)

PM- $120,000–$160,000 (DOE/TBD)

Sr. PM - $165,000 - $190,000 (DOE/TBD)
