🗂 Project Oversight & Administration

  • Maintain and monitor schedules and budgets
  • Review timesheets and lead timesheet audits
  • Submit accurate documentation: RFIs, as-builts, field reports, incident logs
  • Participate in team evaluations and disciplinary actions

🧩 Planning & Problem Solving

  • Act as liaison between office and field teams
  • Identify and resolve issues related to plans, specs, or conflicts on-site
  • Communicate and document scope changes, risks, and updates
  • Assist with construction schedules and execution plans

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in new construction; solar or commercial
  • 2+ years as a superintendent or field leadership role
  • OSHA 10 (required)
  • OSHA 30 (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general trades
  • Skilled in reading blueprints, specs, and using construction software (Procore, MS Office)
  • Ability to travel frequently across CA and work in variable outdoor conditions

Who You Are

  • A hands-on leader who thrives in the field
  • Motivational, safety-focused, and team-oriented
  • Highly organized, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physically able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and work on rooftops when needed

The reasonable salary range is: $100-130K/year

Benefits:

• Full Health Benefit Package and HRA

• Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays

• 401K + 401K Matching
