Summary

Job Title: Project Manager

We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver Social & Community initiatives for the Client's Canada Customer Success team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment, balancing strategy with execution and using data to drive impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of Social & Community programs in Canada.
  • Manage program plans, track milestones, and mitigate risks across internal and partner teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Success, CX, L&D, Marketing, Sales, and Product.
  • Monitor and improve community moderation and customer engagement within SLAs.
  • Use data and Voice of the Customer insights to guide program improvements.
  • Drive innovation through experimentation and data-informed decision-making.


What You Bring:

  • Proven project management experience, preferably in social media or community environments.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with community/social tools (e.g., Lithium/Khoros) is an asset.
  • Background in accounting or financial software is a plus.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
