As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful execution of creative, marketing, and product development initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This hybrid role combines strong project management with technical fluency and resource planning to drive clarity, alignment, and delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of creative, digital marketing, and product development projects.
• Drive progress by tracking tasks, dependencies, risks, and requirements using tools like Asana and JIRA.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation and proactively seek out needed information.
• Serve as the main point of coordination across account, design, development, and production teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource estimates.
• Lead sprint planning, capacity planning, and weekly status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences to ensure project alignment.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project management experience in digital marketing, creative production, or product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital workflows.
• Proficient with PM tools like Asana, JIRA, and Monday.com .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in resource management and stakeholder reporting.
• Comfortable in fast-paced agency environments; client-facing experience required.
• Experience with Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands is a plus.
