Role Overview: As a Part-Time Project Manager, you’ll oversee client projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope. This role allows you to bring project management expertise to multiple clients on a part-time schedule. Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, define milestones, and drive project teams to meet deadlines. Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes. Resource & Budget Management: Coordinate resources, manage budgets, and ensure projects stay on track and within scope. Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project performance, adjust plans as needed, and deliver progress reports. Schedule Our part-time roles typically require availability from early morning to afternoon on specific days each week, usually 5 hours per day.
