🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full execution of heavy civil construction projects across public and private sectors. You will manage Project Engineers, field staff, subcontractors, and interface directly with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Full project lifecycle management – from preconstruction to project closeout
• Project setup, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
• Oversight of safety compliance and quality control
• Full P&L responsibility and reporting

✅ What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (excavation, underground utilities, grading, paving)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience managing self-perform crews and projects
• Proficiency in construction software such as:
• HCSS, Bluebeam, P6, Agtek, Bid2Win, Trimble, etc.
