IDG Services is looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership of their projects, is comfortable making timely decisions, and is great with maintaining client and subcontractor relationships. Must have attention to detail and care about quality, budget, and getting projects completed on time.
Ideal candidates will have solid experience scheduling, planning, supervising, and coordinating construction projects; ensuring the quality of work and materials meets standards and project documents; and that each project is completed within the required timeframe and budget. Must have proven experience scheduling and supervising subcontractors and liaisons on the standard requirements of the site in terms of licenses and safety. Must be able to multi-task, be a good problem-solver, have a good understanding of the ever-changing industry environment, be able to communicate with owners/architects clearly and precisely; and be computer literate. Serve as a company representative and point of contact with the public, owners, subcontractors and suppliers.
