Job Summary As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technical and business-related projects that support strategic initiatives across the organization. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and navigate complex implementation processes will be essential to driving project success. What You'll Do * Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. * Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements. * Lead project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to quality standards. * Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. * Partner with Business Analysts to gather and define clear project requirements. * Collaborate with internal teams to support change readiness and stakeholder communication. * Work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Training for successful implementation. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project status, risks, and decisions. * Understand key technologies involved in implementation and help translate business needs into technical deliverables. What You'll Need * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field. * 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in a technical or cross-functional environment. * PMP or Agile certification (ACP, CSM) preferred but not required. * Strong understanding of project management principles and Agile methodologies. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus. * Demonstrated experience managing risks, budgets, and resources effectively. * Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. * Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively. #LI-AB1 #LI-Hybrid
