About the Role: Seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple assigned projects. This position is a key point of contact for the project team and requires strong communication and collaboration skills, both in the office and on-site.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee project buyouts, including material ordering, rental equipment coordination, and vendor management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project owners, vendors, and general contractors.
  • Work closely with foremen and superintendents to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain and update job address lists, vendor price sheets, and other project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate project submittals and assist with project setup to ensure accurate and efficient project start-ups.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality control, ensuring all work meets company standards.
  • Collaborate with the team daily to address issues, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.


Required Skills:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Docs and other project management tools.
  • Experience coordinating multiple jobs simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting and coordinating field crews to ensure project success.


Preferred Skills

  • PMP certification
  • Experience with Raken
