* 7+ years of Project/Program management experience in Scrum/Safe * Jira - 5+ years * Banking - Payments Domain is a high on priority for this group. * High on Communication due to interaction with cross functional teams. * Dev background, System Design understanding. * Demonstrated organizational skills when managing many priorities * Experience with project risk management and operational risk, including working knowledge and experience of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira & Confluence). * Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and particularly the proven ability to create and support delivery of clear, consistent and visually appealing messaging and content for executive audiences * Ability to engage in content/reporting design and implementation * Experience working with senior management/executives * Experience with project portfolio management, leading and implementing programs/projects/initiatives * Strong business acumen plus operational mindset * Demonstrated ability to lead and build sustainable, transparent relationships / partnerships * Proven track record to deliver and coach/partner across a matrix organization * 5 plus years of working experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager * Experience with web applications and various technologies as well as user stories, project management artifacts * Experience working on both Agile and Waterfall projects and managing multiple projects at once * Scope and change management; Backlog Management, Delivery Management * Nice to have: * Ability to make a difference and lasting impact * Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team * Opportunities to do challenging work Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year #LI-SP3 #LI-VX1
