ICDS Group are currently recruiting for a leading property investment and development company who are currently delivering a landmark Commercial development in Dublin City.

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager/Senior Project Manager to join the Development Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a wide range of high-profile projects, from large-scale new builds to refurbishments, managing all aspects from concept through to completion.

About the Role

Lead and manage complex development projects across all stages, from concept to handover. Oversee project planning, design, procurement, and delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractors. Manage stakeholder relationships, including local authorities, utility providers, and internal departments. Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Implement sustainability initiatives and maintain a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex development projects across all stages, from concept to handover.

Qualifications

Degree in Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or Civil/Structural Engineering (Chartered status desirable).

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in delivering large-scale commercial and/or residential construction projects.
• Proficiency in managing capital expenditure budgets and construction contracts.
• Knowledge of Irish construction and planning regulations, with experience in sustainability best practices.

Pay range and compensation package

€90-€100k + Bonus (30%++) Pension + benefits
