We have partnered with a prestigious real estate investor to appoint an Investment Analyst to its Dublin office. You will work with a highly experienced Director and join a team now actively investing across Europe.

Duties:

• Underwrite/re-underwrite collateral for real estate transactions and monitor portfolio performance
• Prepare and present portfolio performance reports to management and investors
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams to monitor schedules, budgets, and business plans
• Analyse and evaluate draw requests, lease approvals, loan modifications, and borrower requests
• Assist on special projects, including implementing new technologies to support the platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment/development
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
