Currently we are looking for capable and independent individual for the following positions as part of the multi-disciplinary team in Tokyo office.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the senior staff, you will be responsible for project management activities. Specifically, you will be responsible for preparing project implementation strategies, taking minutes of meetings, preparing and managing schedules, preparing and managing budget proposals, preparing and implementing tender documents, liaising with project stakeholders and subcontractors, and managing documents.

In collaboration with our engineers, we conduct research on the construction market, consult on environmental certification (mainly LEED), and provide technical advice.

- Collaboration with other teams: Tokyo Office is a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm that provides design and advisory services for offshore wind farms as well as the following main services. We work together on each project and develop our services in a holistic approach.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following
- Construction project management and construction management experience
- At least 5 years' experience in design, structural or equipment design, preferably as a first class architect or at least 5 years' experience working in a construction related environment such as general contractor, real estate, construction consultant or estimator.
- Acting as a key interface to internal/external stakeholders in a construction projects through to the completion.
- Ability to write and read English documents.
- Ability to communicate in English, including meetings and emails in English.
- You will be working with both internal and external stakeholders, so you must be motivated and have good communication skills.
- Japanese proficiency: business or native/bilingual

- You should be a team player, respectful of your teammates and able to work proactively with international offices.
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- First class architect, PMP preferred
