Job Summary
The Workplace Experience (WX) Program Manager, Japan is responsible for Japan Workplace Experience and Programs.
This role reports to the Sr Manager APAC Workplace Experience and is predominantly site based with occasional international travel.
Essential Functions:
Job Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills; both in Japanese and English.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate with employees in other departments concerning processes and timelines
- Ability to learn and adhere to departmental processes and standard procedures; this includes balancing and ensuring compliance to corporate processes and policies
- Ability to use computer applications.
- Attention to detail and follow-through is essential.
- Ability to maintain records accurately and prepare reports and correspondence related to the work.
Education
- A minimum of 8 years of related experience as an individual contributor
- A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree is required, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects is required.
