Summary

Job Description

Responsible for the project management of all Design and Construction activities associated with the development of the assigned project. Oversees all aspects of construction project management including clarifying objectives, measuring progress toward reaching goals, time management and scope management. Manages all toolset reports. Facilitates the completion of project tasks in line with established project schedules and budgets which meet or exceed all quality and safety goals. Projects may be of various sizes and volumes from pre-construction planning through build out and space occupancy phases, including project closeout with financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles and concepts acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, candidates with at least 3 years' Project Management experience, preferably with hospital/healthcare related projects will be considered. Experience with MS Project or other Project Management software preferred. Requires analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement, attention to detail and problem resolution. Must possess strong customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
