Job Description:
* Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
Execution & Monitoring:
Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review project status, address issues, and ensure alignment with objectives.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
Monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary to address new risks.
Resource Management:
Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and third-party contractors.
Ensure that the project team is properly trained and has access to the necessary tools and resources.
Manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts that may arise during the project.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and expenditures are aligned with the budget.
Track and report on project financials, including forecasting and variance analysis.
Project Closure:
Conduct project closeout activities, including final project reviews, lessons learned sessions, and documentation.
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed and handed over to the appropriate stakeholders.
* Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience as a Project Manager
Extensive experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Technical background:
Extensive experience with .NET frameworks, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, and MVC.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Visual Studio, Azure, SQL Server, etc.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
