A California-based design firm that provides a wide range of architectural, interior, and planning services is seeking a Project Manager to help them lead projects throughout all phases including design, documentation, plan check and construction administration at their Oakland, CA office.

Your Day Include

• sOversee and lead all phases of project development, including design/construction documentation, plan check, and construction administratio
• nManage architectural support team and coordination of consultant
• sReview design/construction documentation for completeness, code compliance, and quality assuranc
• ePlay a key external role including meeting with Clients, Superintendents, and Board Members while leading all planning, construction and agency meeting
• sDevelop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimate
