We are seeking a Project Manager with strong experience in FMCG or food manufacturing to lead our market entry and operations setup in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the UK expansion project

• Liaise with market research firms, consultants, and legal/regulatory bodies

• Identify and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and partners

• Coordinate site selection and manage property reviews

• Track timelines, budgets, and critical project milestones

• Report regularly to the Murouj Expansion Team

• Ensure full compliance with UK food industry regulations

• Support local hiring and onboarding

• Represent Murouj in business meetings and negotiations

• Develop and support execution of the UK go-to-market strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG, food production, or international expansion

• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects in the UK

• Strong understanding of UK commercial and regulatory frameworks

• Excellent vendor and partner management skills

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus

• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination capabilities
