Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Education: B.Tech + MBA (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee campaigns and activations across Rajasthan.
• Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, field staff, and senior stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, resource planning, logistics, and field reporting.
• Ensure campaigns resonate with the culture, history, and local sensibilities.
• Hire and manage on-ground teams across districts as needed.
• Monitor execution quality, handle crisis situations, and deliver on KPIs.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and performance insights to leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign/project management, field activations, or large-scale operations.
• Deep knowledge of Rajasthan’s geography, history, and cultural landscape.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to manage field operations under tight timelines.
• Fluent in Hindi; knowledge of Rajasthani dialects is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Tech (Engineering – any stream)
• MBA (preferably in Marketing, Strategy, or Operations)
