Summary

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with client requirements.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and update stakeholders on progress.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Assist in the definition of project deliverables and success criteria.
  • Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and with clients.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior project team members.
  • Manage project changes and determine impact on timelines and cost.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure project quality by performing regular quality assurance checks.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce features and industry trends to provide insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with budget planning and cost management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with change management principles.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
