We’re partnered with a reputable Houston-based general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This contractor is known for delivering high-quality developments across Texas, with a strong pipeline of upcoming ground-up and renovation work. You’ll be joining a tight-knit, well-established team that values professionalism, accountability, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing all phases of construction from buyout to turnover
• Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
• Leading jobsite meetings and ensuring safety compliance
• Driving quality control and resolving field issues promptly
• Overseeing project documentation and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a PM with a general contractor
• Proven track record on multifamily and/or commercial builds
• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
