Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Empire Estates, LLC located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting tasks, project management, inspection, and logistics management on a day-to-day basis.

• Expeditor and Expediting skills
• Project Management expertise
• Experience in Inspection and Logistics Management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• PMP certification is a plus

Compensation

$60,000 - $85,000 per year
