What You Will Do

As a Software Project Manager, you will ensure that projects are executed to meet client goals. In this role, you’ll be working with a variety of B2B and B2C clients. On any given day you might be coordinating various resources for project execution, assigning responsibilities, updating clients, and delivering some amazing work from our talented team of executors.

You will work in a collaborative team environment with directors, developers, and designers to create and support complex custom applications for our clients. You may also be working with contracted experts in various areas of the business to make sure we are providing the best service to our clients.

Some travel may occasionally be required to meet with clients and project teams.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to successfully execute projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and budget.
  • Handle day-to-day communication and management of multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Meet with clients to understand their business goals, project objectives, and clarify specific requirements of each project and clarify specific requirements of each project.
What You Need

  • 5+ years of relevant experience (preferably a combination of education and professional).
  • Experience in a software agency environment working concurrently on multiple highly diversified and varied projects.
  • Ability to navigate conversations with both the internal team and client around budget.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to “go above and beyond”; bringing a passionate and positive approach to delivering results and encouraging teamwork.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in business strategy and solutions.

NICE TO HAVE

  • BA in Business and/or Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of the construction and manufacturing industries.
  • Ability to lead inside sales with the best interest of the client.
  • Ability to work with leadership to align on sales and marketing strategies and solutions.

SALARY RANGE

$80,000 - $90,000
