Job Details

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in estimating and project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing higher education construction projects, understanding the unique challenges and requirements associated with this sector.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
