🔍 What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead 4–5 concurrent IT projects focused on lending and core system implementations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-impact solutions for credit unions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Projects: Manage multiple IT projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive Implementations: Oversee new product rollouts and core system upgrades, gathering requirements and tracking milestones.
• Coordinate Vendors: Work closely with external partners to ensure seamless integration and execution.
• Guide Teams: Lead and support project teams of 7–20 members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Champion Lending Innovation: Spearhead lending-related changes across three credit unions, aligning with strategic goals.
• Facilitate Communication: Run regular project meetings, resolve roadblocks, and keep stakeholders informed.

✅ What You Bring

Must-Haves:

• 4–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong IT background with a focus on lending systems.
• Experience in the banking, credit union, or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
