Role Overview
To support our rapid growth, we're seeking a skilled Implementation Project Manager to join our customer onboarding team at Docket. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy team member who excels at optimizing processes to help customers adopt new technology and is excited to be part of our talented implementation team.
What You'll be Doing
* Work closely with our newly-signed customers to assess their goals and existing business practices to ensure onboarding alignment, proper account setup, and implementation support
* Create and maintain project schedules and timelines within project management software to ensure critical milestones are met
* Direct and coordinate the activities of project personnel by routing tasks across multiple departments to ensure projects and client requests are executed efficiently and to the highest standard
* Provide other assistance as needed in support of the department's efforts to maintain strong, long-lasting, and mutually beneficial relationships with clients
* Strive for 100% customer satisfaction during the onboarding process.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
* 2-5 years of experience in a project management or customer-facing role at a Software company and/or 2-4 years of experience at a portable toilet, dumpster or septic/FOG business.
* Strong project management skills.
* You are passionate about organization and can adhere to and improve organizational systems. If there's a way to reduce redundant work, you're on it.
* Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and the ability and ease to interact with every level of customer to quickly build trust.
* Strong team player but also a self-starter who can work autonomously.
* The ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
* Experience working with a suite of software tools - ChurnZero, Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, Slack.
* Be comfortable traveling (up to 25%); this role will sometimes require on-site trips for customer go-lives.
* A genuine desire to want to help our customers become ServiceCore champions.
* Comfortable with change, experimenting, and trying new ideas.
