About the Role:

We’re supporting a top-tier financial services organization in their search for a Project Manager to support a high-impact certification and partner enablement program. This is a deliverable-focused, execution-heavy role—ideal for PMs who thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, and technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from intake through execution
• Support a certification program focused on partner enablement and operational excellence
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to build out detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
• Drive weekly/daily project status meetings and biweekly program reviews with key stakeholders and managers
• Ensure visibility and transparency for all deliverables impacting business units
• Track progress, manage risk, and handle issues/escalations in real-time
• Maintain documentation: project plans, agendas, action items, issue logs, and meeting notes

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within technology or payments
• Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent deliverables in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills—comfortable interfacing with leadership and executives
• Experience working in platform-based organizations or tech-first environments
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and JIRA
• Understanding of Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Background in financial services or payment processing is highly preferred

Additional Details:

• Location: Riverwoods, IL | Hybrid model – 3 days onsite per week
• Duration: 12 to 18 months
• Rate: $74/hr W2 only (No C2C or 1099)
• Time zone preference: EST or CST
• Interview process: 1-round virtual interview with hiring manager (quick turnaround)
